To place an order, browse our socks, select the desired item, choose your size and quantity, and click "add to cart" to proceed to checkout. You'll need to enter your shipping and payment details to complete the order.
After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. You can use this number to see the status of your delivery.
We ship all our socks using Royal Mail Tracked 24® service. This is a tracked next-day delivery service by Royal Mail which aims to deliver the next working day.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing the order. Once your order has been processed, we may not be able to make changes, but we’ll do our best to assist you.
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. To initiate a return, please visit our "returns & exchanges" page and follow the instructions.
Once we receive your returned item, it typically takes 5-7 business days to process your return. You will receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days of processing.
